Originally built for the Newman-Hass Indycar team as their Indycar test team transporter. It has just completed an extensive restoration with all new exterior and interior paint, new belly boxes, new interior and exterior lighting, new generator, new stainless-steel hardware throughout, new tires, and a thorough mechanical overview to make it event ready.

Concept Custom Belly Box Package:
• Lightweight formed steel box construction.
• Reinforced bottom pans with integrated drains.
• Custom formed aluminum doors with vinyl covered stainless steel hinges and flush mounted lockable latches.
• Stainless steel t-slot stays on each door to hold door open.
• Bulb seals on doors.
• Interior of belly boxes sprayed with Vortex bedliner coating: (Grey in color.)
• Concept custom tandem fender package, filler panels, and all required supporting framework and custom fiberglass fender hoops integrated into trim. Rubber fender beading between fenders and trim panels.
• Custom filler panels from rear belly box to liftgate and from front belly boxes to tractor skirts.
• (2) Fuel filler doors: Both front belly box panels on either side incorporate a lockable access panel to fuel tanks on truck.

• Recessed chrome plated exterior door latch.
• Full perimeter compression seal.
• Exterior mounted chrome plated hinges that allow full 180deg opening.
• Door bumper and t-slot hold back for securing door open.
• Rain gutter.
• Custom reinforced internal structural support frame.
• Custom formed aluminum side access door stairs with adjustable quick-pin attachment.
• Custom bracket to store stairs on inside of side access door when not in use.

Concept Custom Adjustable System:
• Approximately 15’-7” of Concept custom adjustable decking.
• Decking clips into interior logistic posts of van boy and is adjustable in 4” vertical increments.
• Lightweight formed steel ramp section construction.
• Lightweight tube steel support arm construction with custom angled tubes for increased clearance on underside of deck.
• Complete ramp system powder coated white.
• (3) Chrome plated removable load bars across deck sections.
• Deck divided into approximately 8ft. sections.
• Deck surface punched with E-track slots for tie downs.
• Folding aluminum bridge ramps to go from liftgate load surface to rear ramps attached to each ramp.

Main Floor Interior Upgrades:

• Painted wood panels between logistic posts in shop area.

• 4.5kW dual fuel (gas and propane) generator mounted in rear roadside belly box on custom aluminum slide-out tray.

Deluxe Electrical Package:
• 50-amp electrical distribution panel located next to generator in roadside rear belly box.
• 30-amp 110V manual disconnect: shore power to generator.
• 30A 110V to 15A 110V adaptor.
• All electrical wiring done in liquid tight conduit and concealed wherever possible.
• Electrical provision and circuit protection for all components.
• (8) Corner mount LED lights: (4) per side.
• (2) LED load lights mounted at rear of body.
• (1) 30A marine grade battery charger for liftgate / house batteries.
• (4) Interior 110V receptacles: (1) outlet in front of side door and (2) outlets in roadside wall, and (1) on curbside wall at rear.

• (2) Exterior 110V outlets on curbside wall near top T-slot mounts. Outlets switched near side door.

Air Compressor Package:
• (3) Exterior air outlets: (1) in roadside rear belly box on compressor, (1) in roadside front belly box, and (1) in curbside rear belly box.
• (1) 110V air compressor mounted in roadside rear belly box.

Custom Additions and Accessories:
• Black non-script rear mud flaps with custom mounting provisions.
• LED full perimeter lighting – ICC lights, taillights, marker lights, etc.
• (2) Fire extinguishers: (1) mounted against curbside wall just inside side door, (1) mounted in front wall of front curbside belly box.
• Concept custom tail plate and all required structure.

Custom Exterior Paint:
• Disassembled cab and box in preparation for paint: Removed all lights, handles,
grills, fenders, belly box doors, latches, liftgate platform, rear tail plate, mirrors,
etc.
• Performed all required body work, panel alignment and adjustment, etc.
• Masked truck and sprayed all exposed metal surfaces with a metal etching primer.
• Sanded, completed any remaining body work, and primer.
• Sanded and prepared for paint.
• Painted complete truck grey: Including all door jambs, exterior of rear roll-up door, inside liftgate opening, etc.
• Unmasked and reassembled.
• Cleaned and detailed all parts removed: Vapor Honed all exterior parts, re- chromed grill, handles, hinges, and misc. truck components, replaced all hardware with new stainless steel hardware, installed new plastic components and seals where necessary.

Completed Mechanical Inspection, Repairs, and Upgrades:
• Complete tractor inspection: Inspected complete drive train including: Engine,
radiator, transmission, clutch, drive lines, u-joints, differentials, etc. Inspected all suspension components: Axles, bearings, seals, springs, air bags, king pins, shackles, pan hard rods, steering box, steering arms, etc. Inspect complete brake system: hubs, air pots, slack adjusters, linings, etc. Inspect complete cab: general structure, insulation, doors, windows, latches, tilting mechanism, etc. Inspect frame. Inspect all peripheral equipment and accessories: A/C, fuel tanks, lights, gauges, switches, etc.
• After each inspection repair or replace all components required to make truck mechanically sound: all new brake chambers, air tanks, drive line components, etc. Rebuilt injector pump.
