Canepa's newest arrival, this 2007 Porsche 911 GT3 RS, is a Stuttgart classic lauded for its superior handling characteristics and spine-tingling wail from its 3.6 liter flat six engine. Produced on January 25th of 2007, this GT3 RS had a MSRP of over $143,000. Optioned with Porsche's Bi-Xenon headlights, Carbon Ceramic brakes, Sport Chrono Package, along with many other options from the Porsche Exclusive Programme.
The first owner purchased the car new in Irving, Texas, on March 27th, 2007. The owner would only keep the car for one year and a month and add 523 miles before being sold. The vehicle would then be purchased in Lisle, Illinois, on May 8th of 2008, before going to Beaverton, Oregon three weeks later for a service. The 911 would only have 2,743 total miles on its odometer before being purchased by its most recent owner, a Porsche collector in Florida, on March 30th, 2009. The Porsche would remain in his collection for almost a decade before arriving at Canepa with 13,049 miles.
Arriving at Canepa, the GT3 RS was meticulously inspected and gone through, ensuring the car was a fine example of a GT3 RS. It then received the "Canepa Difference" treatment, which includes a full concours-level detail and mechanical inspection. The Orange exterior was cleaned and polished only with foam pads and polish, and the engine bay, underside and interior were cleaned by hand. Found to be in excellent mechanical condition, now this GT3 RS is ready to carve up backroads or any track on planet earth.
