This isn’t your average “Grapes of Wrath” stake truck. This one will really haul the mail! Just the right hot rod touches have been added to make this truck really turn heads. With only 18501 actual miles on the clock this truck was in excellent condition before the transformation was begun. It has only been driven 1000 miles since its completion.

The original body is absolutely flawless. The original frame has been powder coated and then painted a perfect coat of black, beautifully contrasting with the naturally finished oak bed. Power comes from a Chevy 350 crate engine producing 330 hp. It is mated to a rebuilt Turbo 350 automatic trans. A Ford 9” rear end takes power to the ground and disc brakes up front provide plenty of stopping power.

The concours level interior was stitched to perfection by Sid Chavers and is truly magnificent. The details on this truck are outstanding, from the stainless hardware on the oak stakes to the exquisite dash. This truck drives like new, is very comfortable on tours and really shines at shows.
