• Custom built 32” drop Dorsey shell with complete conversion by Concept Transporters in 1989.
• 48ft x 102” x 13’-6”Dorsey Shell: 138” inside height in main floor, 106” inside height on fifth deck, and 99” clear width inside.
• Exposed interior logistic posts with varnished plywood between posts. Pre-painted white aluminum ceiling. Grey round dot rubber flooring throughout trailer (fifth deck floor, main floor, and on rear lower ramps.)
• 48” wide x 84” tall side access door located 22” behind drop on curbside of trailer. Door features a recessed 2-point cam action latch and an integrated dead bolt latch.
• Slide-out step integrated under trailer beneath side access door.
• Rear roll-up door (painted white.)
• 22.5” Chrome exterior wheels.

Completely New upgraded* 6,000lb hydraulic liftgate assembly installed in 2002. New liftgate platform with rivetless exterior skin and aluminum diamond plate load surface. New greaseless slide tubes and new liftgate cylinders. New corner caps, chains, and hardware. New 54” aluminum tapered flip-over platform extension.
• 12V and 110V dual liftgate power unit with dedicated 12V battery bank and charger.
* The original liftgate was damaged when it was hit by a car in a loading dock.

Complete custom deluxe electrical system: 8.0kW Generator mounted between the trailer landing legs in custom built enclosure. 70A main breaker panel installed inside trailer just in front of side door. Manual transfer switch located inside trailer next to main panel. 50A/220V Shore line connection recessed into front exterior wall of trailer. (3) Exterior duplex 110V outlets located along curbside of trailer at workbench height. (3) Exterior duplex 110V outlets located 18” from roof of trailer for exterior lights (stainless steel T-slot plates located next to each upper outlet for exterior light mounting.) (12) Corner mount 2-tube fluorescent lights in upper deck of trailer. (1) Ceiling mounted 4-tube fluorescent light in fifth deck area. (8) Under deck mounted 2-tube fluorescent lights in main floor. (1) 50A/220V welder outlet under curbside workbench.

2hp Air compressor mounted between the trailer landing legs in custom built enclosure. Complete air system plumbed throughout trailer with interior and exterior quick couplers. (4) Air couplers mounted in stainless steel bench tops in main floor area. (1) 50ft. hose reel with access door to curbside exterior.
• (8) 12V lights in ceiling of trailer and (5) 12V light under the deck in the main floor area.

Concept Transporters complete exterior trim kit: Concept Transporters custom fiberglass tandem axle fenders and trim, Concept Transporters custom fiberglass quarter fenders and aluminum and steel quarter panel extensions. Custom stainless steel lower rail covers full main floor length.
• Front wall of trailer; (1) double door full height wardrobe cabinet, (3) overhead cabinets, (1) Lista cabinet, refrigerator, and stainless steel workbench, (6) duplex outlets, (2) fluorescent lights.

Main floor of trailer: (4) Lista cabinets, Custom built 12Ga. stainless steel workbenches with sliding stainless steel doors under benches. Stainless steel benches are rated at 4,000lb capacity to serve as ramps for loading cars. Integrated Ancra tie downs on inside vertical edge and next to back splash on all stainless steel benches. Stainless steel benches are 29” deep and 36” tall (39-1/2” clear from top of stainless steel benches to under deck.) The roadside bench starts at the fifth deck drop and is 18’-3” long. The curbside is 12ft. long and has a removable 24” extension that extends the ramp partially into the doorway. From the rear of the stainless benches to the rear door are a set of steel ramps 29” deep and 18” tall (57-1/2” clear from top of ramps to under deck.) The ramps are 17ft. long and have integrated e-track in the load surface and Ancra track tie downs on the inside vertical edge and next to the back splash and are rated at 6,000lb capacity. There are a complete set of aluminum extension ramps for the top of the lower ramps to extend the height of the lower rear ramps to the height of the stainless steel benches to allow cars to be loaded onto the benches. The extension ramps are rated at 4,000lbs.

Upper deck of trailer: 41’-11” of concept adjustable decking. The decking has integrated E-track tie downs and is painted white. 36’-8” of the deck is currently installed at a height of 60-1/2” clearance (from top of deck to ceiling of trailer.) This section of deck has been fitted with additional steel bracing and 3/16” aluminum sheets to make the deck solid with no openings. The original configuration of the deck is 27” wide full length ramps down both sides of the trailer with removable load bars between the ramps. The current owner of the trailer used it to haul motorcycles and product and required a solid deck. The deck is adjustable in 4” vertical increments. The front 5’-3”section of deck is open in the center.

20ft. Observation deck with folding aluminum railing and aluminum access ladder. Observation deck mounted at front of trailer and aluminum access ladder is mounted on curbside front of trailer. Full diamond plate walking area and custom built full perimeter aluminum railing. Reinforced roof construction under observation deck area.

Complete custom full awning and custom extension package: Awning: 20’x 50’ and Extension: 20’x20’. The canopy is all white and has the zip-off bead track. The walls are white with blue soil skirts. The main canopy frame features round tube telescoping rafter poles. Three fans attach to the side of the trailer for use under the awning. All tie-down hardware is included.
